Wonderful

All was accepted but rooms close to breakfast area were little noisy. I suggested ask for rooms far from this area. I love it. Next trip to Medellin I will be there again.

Large room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Our room was right outside the parking area so we did not feel comfortable leaving our window open at night so tbe room would get stuffy.

Great location and very nice and helpful employees!

The employees were very friendly and helpful, willing to help and let me use an iron and hair dryer.

The building needs some upgrades. Curtains have holes and stains. One window glass was missing. Liquid soap in bathroom sink was missing. Towels were very old and edges rough. Curtains do not cover completely the window for privacy.

Nice breakfast in garden with birds and squirrels Welcoming staff who made our stay pleasant and accepted our luggage as we arrived early in the day. Looks like a house transformed into a hotel.

Walking to metro is safe during daylight but not very nice environment in the middle of motorways

Pretty good value

l said prior no restaurant they do have breakfast it was good there is major construction now on 100 room condo as of May 26th so you will hear it all day till dusk hope this property demands a giant wall as it is directly across the street from this hotel

One man not so nice

lacation and garden were very nice

the reception on arrival and next days by one man in the evening was disappointing. the man asked me to pay 180000 cob which was 50% of the ttl amount. So i assumed this was an advance payment. The next day a lady explained that this was a mistake and the whole amount should have been paid. For me no problem but she said it was ok to do on checking out. Then in the evening the same man was very unfriendly and accused me of of not paying the whole amount in stead of apologising for his own mistake. A guest who spoken good English explained the situation. So i assumed it was ok now. When i asked for the key he could not give it to me. It was left on the door by someone. I told him this was not ok. Again no sorry. The next day in the evening, same man was there. He started speaking to me very unfriendly again, while he new my Spanish was not so good. As i had to go to the toilet i asked for the key He did not give it to me. I had to ask him 5 times. My friend explained him that i had to go to the toilet and finally i got my key. The rest of the crew/personel was very nice and friendly Breakfast was good and the garden is lovely.
